We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, have a beverage, change and fill out the appropriate forms. We do our best to ensure we take you at your scheduled appointment. In order to ensure that we do, if you arrive more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you.

In the event our clients are unable to keep their appointment, we appreciate a call or email at least 24 hours in advance. This allows Green Wellness Centre to schedule and service other clients.

In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. More than one (1) no show will be handled the same as cancellations. After one (1) no show we reserve the right to request a credit card number on file for all appointments. We also reserve the right to charge a fee of $50.00 in the event of a no show.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a late fee for $25.00 will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation, no show, and/or late fees will be charged to your card on file. You understand and you are giving Green Wellness Centre authorization to store this card on file and to charge for booking fees services.

Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination. They may be redeemed for services or products. No refund can be given. Green Wellness Centre is not responsible for lost gift certificates.

We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Gift Certificates. You can also finance your treatment with our CareCredit Plan.
